SOUL RETRIEVAL

This core Shamanic healing ritual allows the client to experience a place of soulful wholeness. If a person frequently feels:
  splintered
  inept
  ineffective
  traumatized
  ill and stressed
then fracturing, splintering and loss of soul essence robs you of the ability to move forward with confidence, poise, ease, grace and success. After Soul Retrieval, people report feeling more alive and more themselves than they have ever been before.



TOLTEC

Toltec means artist, creator, dreamer. The Toltec tradition is a Mezo-American form of Zen-Buddhism and is the most practical spiritual study Sandra has encountered. The word Buddha means awakened; awaken within the tradition of this rich, indigenous culture Central American culture of 2,500 years ago. This practice leads her clients to self-actualization, dreaming Heaven on Earth every moment of their lives.

In the traditions of Carlos Castenada, Kenneth Eaglefeather, Victor Sanchez and Miguel Ruiz, Sandra leads her clients through masteries of:
  Stalking
  Tracking
  Recapitulation
  Dreaming
so that clients experience life in an awake, alert and spiritual manner. In addition to seeing clients individually and in groups, Sandra leads Power Journeys to Teotihuacan, Mexico. Teotihuacan literally means the "place where humans become divine".

These journeys are profound and life changing. Call for more information and schedules. Sandra created a Toltec "cell" group to learn and practice the Four Agreements. Toltec philosophies free up energies for deeply spiritual work. This leads to finding a better way to live, a better way to interact with others, and a more relaxed, sweeter approach to life. Sandra has visited Teotihuacan, the cultural center for Toltec philosophy on many occasions and leads groups down to the sacred foundation of the Toltec arena of life.

BON JONQRINI

In 1999, Sandra traveled to Nepal to study Himalayan Shamanism and was initiated at a monastery in the Himalayas as a Tamang Shaman; a Bon Jonqrini. This is also known as Tantric Tibetan Buddhism.

After attending a series of healing intensives outside of Kathmandu, Sandra traveled to a monastery in the foothills of the Himalayans. Spending the night in ritual and ceremony, she was initiated within the Bon tradition as a healer. These exotic rituals have enhanced every aspect of her teaching and healing.
